The registration process in Wabi2B is somewhat different from the usual, as it caters specifically to small businesses and large distributors. Due to this focus, more registration information is required, such as fiscal details and store operating hours, making the process quite tedious for users.
This more extensive registration process may be time-consuming and lengthy for users, potentially impacting the registration rate and user satisfaction. As a result, it becomes crucial for Wabi2B to carefully optimize the registration experience.
We wanted to redefine the flow in a way that is more user-friendly, allowing users the option to finish the registration later to quickly explore the main products of Wabi2B.
The proposal is to divide the process into three shorter steps and allow users to finish it later.
If we divide the registration process into three shorter steps, users will find it less frustrating to fill out all the fields, and we will have a higher registration rate.
The user wants to be able to see the products before registering.
2. If we let them finish the registration process later, it will also increase the registration rate.
The recent redesign not only reorganized the information but also improved the User Interface (UI) to make it visually appealing and break away from the monotony of a standard form.
As a result we increased the registration rate.
